This notice explains what personal data RaikanCinta (SSM 20250372990 (JR0182525-X)) collects when you make or reply to a digital wedding card, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your card. The details you type in: the couple's and parents' names, the date, time and venue, map links, contact names and phone numbers, the schedule, music and wording.
- Guests' replies. When a guest RSVPs: their name, whether they're coming, how many adults and children, and a phone number if they choose to give one.
- Wishes. A guest's name and message.
- Visits. A daily count of how many times each card was opened. It does not identify anyone.
- Technical data. Your internet (IP) address, used briefly to stop spam and abuse.
Why we use it
Only to run the service: to show your card to the guests you send it to, to collect replies and wishes for you, to keep your account working, and to protect the service from abuse. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- Your card's details are public to anyone who has its link, because that's what an invitation is. Only share the link with people you want to invite.
- RSVPs and guests' phone numbers are seen only by the couple who made the card, and by RaikanCinta when we need to help with a problem.
- Wishes are shown on the card for everyone with the link to read. The couple can hide any wish.
- Service providers that run parts of the service for us: our hosting provider and Google (for sign-in). They may only use the data to provide that service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your card, its replies and wishes while your account exists, so you can look back on them. You can ask us to delete a card or your whole account at any time. We may delete cards and their replies 12 months after the wedding date.
How we protect it
Data is stored on our own server, sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and replies are only shown to the card's owner after they sign in.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Guests can ask the couple to remove their reply or wish, or write to us. Email raikancinta72@gmail.com and we'll reply within 21 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. Important changes will be shown in the app.
