These terms are an agreement between you and RaikanCinta (SSM 20250372990 (JR0182525-X)). By making or publishing a card, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Notice.

The service

RaikanCinta lets you choose a ready-made digital wedding card design, add your details, and publish it at its own web address to share with your guests, who can RSVP and leave wishes.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google account secure.

Your content

• You are responsible for the details you put on your card, including other people's names and phone numbers, and for having their agreement to share them.
• Don't publish anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that you don't have the right to use.
• You keep ownership of your details. You allow us to store and show them so the card works.
• We may hide or take down a card that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

The designs

Card designs, artwork and the service itself belong to RaikanCinta. You may use your card's design for your own wedding invitation and share its link and screenshots of it. You may not resell or reuse the artwork elsewhere.

Publishing and payment

Publishing is free during early access. When paid publishing starts, the price will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated with the payment and refund rules.

Availability

We work hard to keep cards online, especially around your wedding date, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Please keep your own copy of anything important, such as your RSVP list (you can download it as a spreadsheet).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RaikanCinta isn't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by information you entered, by guests' replies, or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

Ending

You can take your card offline or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
